SimplyDIRECT has been building contact databases for marketing departments and telesales teams since 1996. This expertise was developed in reaction to the lack of sources for accurate contact names at many levels within an organization. We build lists based on the titles of functions of the contacts our clients wish to contact… down to the email address.

How we do it: We use a combination of data mining and research using web-based and phone-based professionals (NOT telemarketers). Our sources include SimplyDIRECT’s master database containing over 30,000 companies and 200,000 executives. We also draw from a variety of external licensed sources for company information – Hoovers, OneSource, IDExec, Gold, Harris – upon which we do original research. We can, of course, also confirm, enhance or expand any lists provided by the client.

Advantages: Our lists are a deliverable for our clients’ unlimited usage. Unlike rented lists which have a “use it once” policy, our lists can become an asset for long-term usage by the marketing and sales departments. Accuracy is unrivaled because all names are confirmed by our researchers on demand.
