Since 1996 Gatepoint Information Group, a subsidiary of SimplyDIRECT, has been helping technology companies gain valuable insight into markets, accounts and senior decision-makers. Gatepoint gathers its research using permission-based surveys, deployed both via email and postal mail.

The information gathered from this process is only shared with the client who has sponsored the research campaign, and that client’s identity is always made available to the survey participant.

On occasion Gatepoint’s research results have been made public via press releases, webcasts, etc., but only in the aggregate, such as market trend data. Individual responses are considered private and for use only with the research campaign’s sponsor.
