What if the database you build for me has errors?
It won’t. However, if you notice a bad job title or an email bounce, we’ll fix it until it meets the level of accuracy stated in your contract.
What if we run a campaign and it doesn’t generate the amount of leads we expected?
That won’t happen. If you contract for 50, 100, or 500 leads, we will run the campaign until we hit that quota. We have never failed to reach a client’s campaign goal.
Do you use telemarketers?
No! We don’t like getting telemarketing calls ourselves so we’ve built a process that is entirely email-based. Telemarketers risk alienating potential buyers, and often fail to engage senior executives in strategy-oriented conversations.
My market is really, really small. Can you help?
Most of our clients have about 2,000 – 3,000 accounts in their total addressable market. Some only have about 100 target accounts. When your market is limited, you can’t afford to waste a single opportunity or mishandle a conversation with a key influencer. We emphasize quality over quantity.
I only need a database, not a survey. Can you help me?
Yes. Nearly 50% of our clients only use SimplyDIRECT to build or clean their database, and do not utilize our survey services.
We need to reach super-specific contacts. Can you do it?

How do you charge for your services?
We offer performance-based pricing. We charge by the name delivered or by the lead generated so that you know in advance exactly what the deliverables will be, and what the cost is for that scope of work.
